Little Bloom Herbs provides herbal medicine, holistic nutrition, and wellness consultations. All services and products are intended to support overall wellbeing but do not replace medical care.

2.1 Booking & Payment

All consultations must be booked in advance via [booking platform] or email.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

2.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be charged 50% of the consultation fee.

No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment time will be charged the full consultation fee.

Exceptions may be made in emergency situations at our discretion.
3. Refund & Returns Policy
3.1 Consultations

Fees for completed consultations are non-refundable.

If you are dissatisfied with your consultation, please contact us within 7 days, and we will do our best to resolve your concerns.
3.2 Products & Herbal Remedies

We do not accept returns or refunds on custom herbal formulations due to health and safety regulations.

Unopened, unused retail products may be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition.

If a product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Australian Consumer Law Guarantees
Our services and products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to:

A service re-performed if it does not meet reasonable expectations.
