Welcome to Little Bloom Herbs (www.littlebloomherbs.com). By using this website and booking consultations, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.

1. General Information

Little Bloom Herbs provides herbal medicine, holistic nutrition, and wellness consultations. All services and products are intended to support overall wellbeing but do not replace medical care.

2. Consultations & Services

2.1 Booking & Payment

  • All consultations must be booked in advance via [booking platform] or email.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • Payments can be made via [list payment methods].

2.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be charged 50% of the consultation fee.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment time will be charged the full consultation fee.

  • Exceptions may be made in emergency situations at our discretion.
     

3. Refund & Returns Policy

3.1 Consultations

  • Fees for completed consultations are non-refundable.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your consultation, please contact us within 7 days, and we will do our best to resolve your concerns.

3.2 Products & Herbal Remedies

  • We do not accept returns or refunds on custom herbal formulations due to health and safety regulations.

  • Unopened, unused retail products may be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition.

  • If a product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
     

4. Australian Consumer Law Guarantees

Our services and products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund if a product is faulty or unsafe.

  • A service re-performed if it does not meet reasonable expectations.

These rights apply in addition to our refund policy and do not limit any legal consumer protections.
 

5. Disclaimer & Liability

  • Little Bloom Herbs provides wellness and herbal support but does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

  • You should consult a healthcare professional before using herbal remedies, especially if pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medications.

  • We are not liable for any adverse effects or decisions made based on information provided during consultations, on the website, or through social media.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance.
